Refer one agent... Get paid for three years! 

PROGRAM RULES

• The Apex Rewards enrollment form must be completed and returned by the referring agent prior to participation in the Program. 
• In order to participate in the Program, the referring agent must perform the actual recruiting. After referring agent has recruited the referral, the referral must contact Tucker Advisors directly and mention they were referred by the referring agent. 
• The referral cannot be a downline of an existing Tucker Advisors agent. If the referral is an agency principal, the referring agent will receive half of the bonus payments set forth as listed above for the agency’s paid annuity production with Tucker Advisors for the 3 years of the Program. An agency is defined as having 3 or more downlines. 
• Immediate family members do not qualify as referrals. 
• If a third party is receiving any of the overrides that otherwise would go directly to Tucker (i.e. Broker Dealer), this will change the amount that is paid out in years 1, 2, and 3 to be the same as if the agent is an agency principal. 
• The referral and referring agent must both be directly contracted with Tucker Advisors and an active producer in good standing with Tucker Advisors at the time of the bonus distribution in order to receive the referral bonus. To be considered in good standing, the agent cannot have any outstanding debt with either Tucker Advisors or a carrier. If the agent has an outstanding debt with Tucker Advisors at the time of the bonus distribution, the bonus will be applied to the debt first, and any remainder will then be awarded to the agent. If the agent has an outstanding debt with a carrier at the time of the bonus distribution, the agent will be ineligible for the bonus distribution. It will be Tucker Advisors’ sole discretion to determine an agent’s eligibility. If policy is reversed, any bonus payments made to referring agent will be withheld from any future bonus payments, contest earnings, or any future payments which may be due the referring agent from Tucker Advisors. 
• The referral bonus will be paid out within 30 days following the close of each calendar quarter, beginning with the quarter containing the effective date of the referral’s first qualifying carrier contract writing number with Tucker Advisors. 
• The one year time period will begin on the effective date of the referral’s first qualifying carrier contract writing number with Tucker Advisors. If the referral fails to write any business during the first year of the Referral Program, any future business they write is no longer eligible for the Program. 
• If the referring agent terminates or moves any contracts from Tucker Advisors, their enrollment in the Program will end immediately, and all future unpaid referral bonus amounts for the Program will be forfeited. 
• All monetary benefits and services of the Referral Program may be subject to taxes. The referring agent will receive a 1099 form from Tucker Advisors each year. Consult your tax professional for advice on how to treat your bonus payments. 
• Tucker Advisors reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. All carriers may not qualify.
